Do you travel outside of DFW?

We currently serve clients only in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

How long until I receive my photos?

4–7 business days depending on your session.

Can I add video later?

Absolutely. Video can be added after a consultation.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session and your deposit will transfer. Reschedules inside 48 hours require a new deposit.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations after 48 hours are non-refundable. If you're canceling more than 72 hours in advance, you may request a refund or transfer.

What if it rains?

We'll monitor the forecast and reschedule your shoot at no extra cost if weather impacts your outdoor session.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The balance is due 24 hours before the shoot.

Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?

Yes! All sessions include a standard commercial release for personal and business marketing use (social media, website, flyers, etc.). For larger-scale advertising or resale use, a separate licensing fee may apply. Just let us know your plans!

Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel is included for locations within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. If your shoot is outside of DFW city limits (more than 30 miles from central Dallas or Fort Worth), a travel fee will be quoted in your consultation. We do not currently travel outside of Texas.

What is your process for working with brands?

We begin with a consultation to understand your brand values, goals, and desired visual story. From there, we develop a custom shoot plan to capture your personality, environment, and offerings. Photo types include headshots, product/service details, lifestyle interactions, and workspace setups. Video options can be included post-consultation.

What should we wear for our session?

Dress in solid colors or subtle patterns that reflect your personality and avoid logos. Neutrals, earth tones, and jewel tones photograph beautifully. We’ll send you a prep guide with outfit tips based on your session type.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes! Once your gallery is delivered, you’ll have the option to purchase premium prints, wall art, and heirloom-quality albums directly from your gallery store.

How do we book your services?

Click "Book Now" on your preferred package. Choose a time slot, sign the agreement, and pay your deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation email and prep details.

How do you handle family photo sessions?

We guide your family with a mix of posed and candid prompts so no one feels awkward. We keep it relaxed and fun—perfect for wiggly kids or camera-shy partners. You'll receive tips in advance to help everyone feel prepared.
